How to use
- Pour a suitable amount of massage oil into your palm and rub your hands together to warm it.
- Apply to the areas with orange-peel texture, working from ankle to thigh to hip to waist, always bottom to top, to encourage circulation and drainage.
- Focus on the orange-peel areas:
- - Large areas: knead in circles with the palm
- - Noticeably uneven spots: gently pinch and knead, grasping the tissue beneath the skin (warmth and a slight tingle are enough; do not knead until the skin breaks or hurts sharply)
- Massage each side for 5 to 8 minutes, about 10 minutes in total; after massage, leave
