How to use
- Pour a small amount of massage oil into the palm, rub the hands together to warm, then spread a thin, even layer over the target area.
- 1. Limbs: lay the palm flat on the skin and push gently upward in long strokes, slow and continuous each pass, repeat 8 to 12 times; at the back of the knee and the groin, circle lightly without pressing hard on any firm nodes.
